I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the Stone Rural Parish Council will take place on THURSDAY 13 JANUARY 2022 at Moddershall Village Hall at 7.30pm. Members are asked to inform the Clerk if they are unable to attend.

- Apologies received – acceptance and recording of apologies
- Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
- Approval of the minutes of the meetings held on 11 November 2021
- Discuss matters arising from the minutes not on the agenda
- Reports from district and county councillors
- Review of the planning committee observations
- Receive the Chairman’s announcements
- To determine and agree the precept amount to be requested for 2022/23
- To discuss a grant request from Barlaston Bowls and Tennis Club
- To discuss potential celebrations for the Queen’s Jubilee
- Receive the Clerk’s report – correspondence received and progress report on matters not on the agenda
- Receive and approve payments authorisations report
- Receive and approve financial statement and bank reconciliation for the last period
- Review of the Parish Council’s 5 Year Finance Plan
