I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the Stone Rural Parish Council will take Place on THURSDAY 20 MAY 2021 at Moddershall Village Hall following on from the Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Parish Assembly which will commence at 7.30pm. Members are asked to inform the Clerk if they are unable to attend.

- Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
- Approval of the minutes of the meeting held on 11 March 2021
- Discuss matters arising from the minutes not on the Agenda
- Reports from district and county councillors
- Review of the planning committee observations
- Receive the Chairman’s announcements
- Discuss updates regarding HS2 / HS2 community and business grants
- Discuss updates regarding the Meaford to Eccleshall cable project
- Discuss the Welcome Back Fund
