I hereby give notice that the Annual Parish Assembly of the Stone Rural Parish Council will take place on Thursday 20 MAY 2021 at Moddershall Village Hall following the Annual Parish Meeting which will commence at 7.30pm. Members of the Parish Council are asked to inform the Clerk if they are unable to attend the meeting.

- Election of Chairman for the following year
- Election of Vice-Chairman for the following year
- Apologies received – acceptance and recording of apologises
- Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
- Appointment of members to outside bodies
- Appointments of members to the Planning Committee and review of Planning Committee Terms of Reference
- Review of minutes of the Annual Parish Assembly held on 9 May 2019
- Discuss matters arising not on the agenda
- Receive the Chairman’s report for the year ending 31 March 2021
- Financial Matters:
- Receive the financial review for the year ending 31 March 2021
- Receive section 137 report and agree donations for 2021/22
- Receive the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2020/21 report
- Receive the governance statements on Annual Return for financial year ending 31 March 2021
- Receive the accounting statements on Annual Return for financial year ending 31 March 2021
- Review the Parish Council’s risk assessment
- Receive the Standing Orders and Financial Regulations Review report
- Review the Code of Conduct report
- Review of data protection policies
- To agree to defer the review of other policies mentioned in the Standing Orders at s5(j) until the next meeting
