I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the Stone Rural Parish Council will take place on THURSDAY 9 MARCH 2023 at Moddershall Village Hall at 7.30pm. Members are asked to inform the Clerk if they are unable to attend.

- Public participation – consider matters raised by members of the public
- Apologies received – acceptance and recording of apologies
- Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
- Approval of the minutes of the meetings held on 12th January 2023
- Discuss matters arising from the minutes not on the agenda
- Reports from district and county councillors
- Review of the planning committee observations
- Receive the Chairman’s announcements
- Receive an update on the Aston-By-Stone community garden
- Consider the grant application from Stone Lions Club for the PSA event
- Consider quotes for a building condition report for Moddershall Village Hall
- Consider request for a new grit bin in Moddershall
- Consider quotes for a new gas cooker for Moddershall Village Hall
- Provide information regarding election process ahead of local elections on 4 May 2023
- Receive the Clerk’s report – correspondence received and progress report on matters not on the agenda
- Receive and approve payments authorisations report
- Receive and approve financial statement and bank reconciliation for the last period
- Review of the Parish Council’s 5 Year Finance Plan
- Agree the date and time of next meeting:
The next Parish Council Meeting, the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council and the Parish Meeting are scheduled to take place on
Thursday 11 May 2023 at 7.30pm at Moddershall Village Hall.
If there is a contested election the date of these meetings will be moved to
Thursday 25th May 2023
