- It was proposed, seconded and AGREED that Cllr A McCulloch be elected Chairman for the coming year.
- Cllr McCulloch duly signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office
- APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING HELD ON 9 MAY 2019
The Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 9 May 2019 were APPROVED and signed by the Chairman as a correct record of the proceedings.
- DEFER THE NORMAL BUSINESS OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING UNTIL 9 SEPTEMBER 2021
Due to continuing concerns over Covid-19, it was AGREED to defer the normal business of the Annual Parish Meeting until the Parish Council Meeting on 9th September 2021.
