I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the Stone Rural Parish Council will take place on THURSDAY 12 JANUARY 2023 at Moddershall Village Hall at 7.30pm. Members are asked to inform the Clerk if they are unable to attend.

- Public participation – consider matters raised by members of the public
- Apologies received – acceptance and recording of apologies
- Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
- Approval of the minutes of the meetings held on 10 November 2022
- Discuss matters arising from the minutes not on the agenda
- Reports from district and county councillors
- Review of the planning committee observations
- Receive the Chairman’s announcements
- To determine the precept amount to be requested for 2023/24
- Consider examples of new chairs for Moddershall Village Hall
- Consider actions to be taken regarding replacement bus stop at Darlaston Inn roundabout (Northbound)
- Receive the Clerk’s report – correspondence received and progress report on matters not on the agenda
- Receive and approve payments authorisations report
- Receive and approve financial statement and bank reconciliation for the last period
- Review of the Parish Council’s 5 Year Finance Plan
