I hereby give notice that the Parish Council Annual Meeting of the Stone Rural Parish Council will take place on Thursday 12th MAY 2022 at Moddershall Village Hall following the Annual Parish Meeting which will commence at 7.00pm. Members of the Parish Council are asked to inform the Clerk if they are unable to attend the meeting.

- Election of Chairman for the following year
- Election of Vice-Chairman for the following year
- Apologies received – acceptance and recording of apologises
- Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
- Appointment of members to outside bodies
- Appointments of members to the Planning Committee and review of Planning Committee Terms of Reference
- Receive the Chairman’s report for the year ending 31 March 2022
- Financial Matters:
- Receive the financial review for the year ending 31 March 2022
- Receive section 137 report 31 March 2022
- Receive the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2021/22 report
- Receive the governance statements on Annual Return for financial year ending 31 March 2022
- Receive the accounting statements on Annual Return for financial year ending 31 March 2022
- Review the Parish Council’s risk assessment
- Receive the Standing Orders and Financial Regulations Review report
- Review and adopt the Code of Conduct and data protection policies
- To agree to defer the review of other policies mentioned in the Standing Orders at s5(j) until the next meeting
