I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the Stone Rural Parish Council will take place on Thursday 5 September 2024 at Aston-By-Stone Village Hall at 7.30pm. Members are asked to inform the Clerk if they are unable to attend.

- Public participation – consider matters raised by members of the public
- Apologies received – acceptance and recording of apologies
- Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
- Approval of the minutes of the meeting held on 2 July 2024
- Discuss matters arising from the minutes not on the agenda
- Reports from district and county councillors
- Review of the planning committee observations
- Receive the Chairman’s announcements
- To review progress on matters regarding Moddershall Village Hall
- Receive an update from the village hall subcommittee
- To discuss gully cleaning within the Parish
- Receive the Clerk’s report – correspondence received and progress report on matters not on the agenda
- Financial Matters:
- Receive the audited AGAR and note the conclusion of audit for the year ending 31 March 2024
- Receive and approve payments authorisations report
- Receive and approve financial statement and bank reconciliation for the last period
