1. Public participation – consider matters raised by members of the public
   • Yarnfield Parish Council in attendance to discuss matters which affect both parishes
2. Apologies received – acceptance and recording of apologies
3. Record declarations of interest from members in any item to be discussed
4. Approval of the minutes of the meetings held on 16 May 2024
5. Discuss matters arising from the minutes not on the agenda
6. Reports from district and county councillors
7. Review of the planning committee observations
   • To discuss planning application 24/39125/FUL
8. Receive the Chairman’s announcements
9. To consider expressions of interest and co-option onto Parish Council
10. To consider request for an additional bin in Moddershall
11. To consider request for the installation of a bench on Church Lane, Oulton
12. To review progress on matters regarding Moddershall Village Hall
13. To review draft Parish Council publication scheme
14. To review Parish Council HR/safeguarding/grant policies and consider draft publication scheme
15. Receive the Clerk’s report – correspondence received and progress report on matters not on the agenda
16. Receive and approve payments authorisations report
17. Receive and approve financial statement and bank reconciliation for the last period
